Policies

Client Expectations

In order to ensure that all your needs are being accommodated, Weddings by Williams asks of you the following:

  • Timely response to calls or emails if subject at hand is time sensitive.

  • Awareness of deadlines (payments bookings, etc)

  • Immediate notification of changes effecting budget, vendors, or guest count.

BOOKING POLICY

  • Services by Weddings by Williams will be officially booked upon receipt of initial deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • If circumstances arise on behalf of the clients where there must be a cancellation of service and/or wedding, there will be no refunds of previous payments and future payments will be null and void.

  • If outstanding circumstances present a situation where a main coordinator cannot be present to rehearsal and/or wedding day, an assistant knowledgeable of master schedule and bride’s desires will be present to carry out services.

Payment Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking; the other 50% is due on the date of the two-week consultation.

  • Payment made a week or more past the due date will result in a 10% fee of the overall price of service.
